1. Right of Withdrawal
According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return goods without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.
2. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only if the item:
– has not been used;
– is kept in its original packaging;
– includes all labels, seals, and accessories.
Returns are not accepted for custom-made products or goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
3. Return Procedure
To return an item, the customer must:

– provide the order number;

4. Return Costs
The customer bears all direct costs of returning the goods, except in cases where the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
Due to the high cost of international shipping, returns from abroad may be economically impractical. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
6. Exchange of Goods
Product exchange is available only for customers in Latvia (LV), Lithuania (LT), and Estonia (EE), subject to prior agreement with our customer support.
Due to high international shipping costs, product exchange is not offered for orders shipped to other countries.
