Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the customer has the right to return goods without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the order.

2. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted if the item:
– has not been used;
– is kept in its original packaging;
– includes all labels, seals, and accessories.
Returns are not accepted for custom-made products and items that cannot be returned for sanitary reasons (e.g., opened cookware if the packaging has been damaged).

3. Return Procedure

To return an item, the customer must:
– contact us by e-mail at info@soller.lv or phone (+371) 27 463 463;
– provide the order number and reason for return;
– send the item to: SIA SOLLER.LV, Elizabetes iela 75, Riga, LV-1050, Latvia.

4. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the item was defective or delivered by mistake.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.

6. Exchange of Goods

Upon request, the customer may exchange the product for an identical or another item from the assortment, subject to prior agreement with the manager.
