Delivery Information

1. Delivery Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

• Delivery to Unisend parcel lockers (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia): 2.49 EUR (incl. VAT)
• Free pickup from our office in Riga: We will notify you when your order is ready.

Additional information about Unisend parcel lockers in the Baltic countries:

• Latvia: available Unisend parcel lockers as well as partner networks uDrop and Latvijas Pasts.
• Lithuania: delivery to Unisend, and to partner networks Lietuvos Paštas (LP Express) and uDrop.
• Estonia: Unisend parcel lockers and the partner network uDrop.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 5–15 business days after payment confirmation.* A tracking link will be sent to your email.

*The delivery time is approximate and may vary depending on courier workloads, holiday periods, and external factors.

3. Pickup Address

Our office in Riga is open on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00. Pickup is free.
