Ingredients: Carrier E555, carmine dye E120 (11.9-12.1%), brilliant blue E133 (3.7-4%)
Application: The special oil-soluble dyes are designed to color chocolate decorations, fat masses and creams. Excellent dyes for filled chocolate candies, chocolate decoration. The added coloring does not affect the tempering process of the chocolate. The dye is intended for food production, not for direct consumption!
Dosage: Maximum dosage -1.2g/kg only for confectionery and 2g/kg for decorations, glazes, fillings.
