Description

The Boning Knife will help you to separate the bones, cartilage, tendons and skin from the meat. It can be also used for filleting fish, meat and poultry. Due to its long and narrow blade (sometimes flexible), it is easy to cut thin, perfectly even slices. Kitchen knives MASTER are made of steel 3Cr13, worked out by Asian technologists. Metallurgists succeeded in obtaining a material with excellent performance characteristics. The advantages of the knives made of steel 3Cr13 are strength, hardness and durability. Double side symmetrical sharpening of the blades simplifies cutting and slicing. Durable ABS handle stays non-slippery while cutting. Its ergonomic shape and the hand stopper at handle’s rim make cooking process easy and comfort for a good while. Hand wash only.
