DRINKING SODA 50G
Ingredients: disintegrant: sodium bicarbonate (E500ii). Can
contain particles of EGG, MILK, SOY and NUTS. Uses:
in confectionery as a leavening agent; in fruit preparation - reduces acidity
and creates a milder fruit taste (use 1/2 teaspoon per 1 kg of fruit);
for drinks - add a pinch of salt to 1L of water to soften
water, and tea and coffee would have a richer aroma.
Store at ambient temperature in a dry place.
