Asian cast-iron wok pan, equipped with 2 handles and a cast-iron lid. Designed for cooking on a fire or barbecue, requiring stewing, languishing and cooking in its own juice.
Made of cast iron. With thick walls and a hemispherical bottom. Accumulates heat over the entire surface of the cauldron, and contributes to uniform cooking. Meat, fish and other dishes cooked in a cast iron cauldron are especially tasty, juicy and have an incredible rich aroma.
Hand wash recommended.
