The Boning Knife will help you to separate the bones, cartilage, tendons and skin from the meat. It can be also used for filleting fish, meat and poultry. Due to its long and narrow blade (sometimes flexible), it is easy to cut thin, perfectly even slices. CHEF is knives’ series, where each detail is perfect. Ideal adjustment of each detail is the key to high hygiene and excellent look of the products. These knives are made of steel 5Cr15MoV, hardened up to HRC 57 on Rockwell scale. They are strong, durable and perfect for everyday use. Double side symmetrical sharpening of the blades simplifies cutting and slicing. Thick heel prevents fingers from slipping and ensures additional support. Each item has stainless steel bolster for a perfect knife balance. Polypropylene handle is fixed with 3 even rivets properly. Its ergonomic shape and the hand stopper at handle’s rim make cooking process easy and comfort for a good while. Hand wash only.
