The Sashimi Knife is the choice for an expert. Thanks to its long, narrow blade it is easy to cut any food into perfectly thin pieces. It is useful for cooking Japanese dishes – sushi and sashimi. TAKATSU series consists of the knives made of Japanese steel 420J2. It was developed for the goods used in high humidity conditions. Stainless steel 420J2 is strong and durable, hardened up to HRC 53+/-2 on Rockwell scale. The blades are easily sharpened and stay sharp for a long time. Special holes and Sand Blasted coating prevent food sticking to the blade while cutting. Each item has stainless steel bolster for a perfect knife balance. Polypropylene handle is fixed with 3 even rivets properly. Its ergonomiс shape helps handles to stay non-slippery and comfort for a good while. Hand wash only.
