Rags, napkins for cleaning and other similar household goods may differ in the material of manufacture and purpose, therefore, in a professional kitchen and in other premises of catering establishments, it is important to use accessories of different types:

  • foam rubber: popular products that have a porous structure, contributing to the creation of a large amount of foam, absorb water well;
  • abrasive: the above products with a hard coating on one side, which makes it easier to remove stubborn dirt;
  • metal: scrapers from a loose wire coil, which allow you to quickly remove hard-to-wash dirt from hard surfaces;
  • viscose: a special kind of universal, antibacterial, durable washcloths that are able to retain their shape for a long time;
  • cotton: soft material that is used to remove dust.


Sponges, rags, cleaning wipes can have a different shape, size, color, surface texture, which makes it easier to choose household goods for specific tasks.
