The advantages of the knives made of steel 3Cr13 are strength, hardness and durability. Double side symmetrical sharpening of the blades simplifies cutting and slicing. Thick heel prevents fingers from slipping and ensures additional support. Each item has stainless steel bolster for a perfect knife balance. Durable ABS handle is fixed with 3 even rivets properly. Hand wash only.
