HOW TO USE (from the manufacturer):
Select a fermentation variant (see table). Pour the first portion of sugar into the fermentation container and dissolve it in the appropriate amount of lukewarm water at a temperature of 25-30⁰C. Then pour in the entire contents of the bag and mix thoroughly. Ferment the prepared solution for the number of days specified in the table (according to the selected variant), at a temperature of 20-25⁰C. Maintaining the appropriate fermentation temperature is a necessary condition for achieving the intended alcohol content in the mash.
