The HATTORI series includes kitchen knives made of Japanese steel 420J2. It was developed for products operating in conditions of high humidity. This steel is strong and wear-resistant, hardened to 53 +/-2 Rockwell.
Each model is equipped with a stainless steel bolster that evenly distributes the load during operation.
The ergonomically shaped polypropylene handle is firmly secured with three bolts.
Thanks to the matte finish, it is slip-resistant and ensures safe operation.
All elements of the knife are adjusted by hand, which ensures a high level of reliability and hygiene.
Sharpened at the optimal angle, the blades remain impeccably sharp.
To extend the life service of the knife, it should be washed by hand.
