Fillings and fruit-berry additives

Confitures, preserves, jams are delicacies from seasonal garden and wild berries. Light jams and fresh berries mashed with sugar will decorate the table and, no doubt, will be to your taste.

Sweets are prepared according to homemade recipes, without the use of preservatives and dyes. Jams and pureed berries have a natural color, aroma and taste of fresh berries.

Pureed berries are otherwise called "raw jam". This is a delicious and healthy product. The berries are ground with a minimum amount of sugar and have not been subjected to heat treatment. With this method of preparation, a maximum of vitamins is preserved in the product.

Healing properties of pureed berries

Carefully processed berries are not only a delicacy, but also a folk pharmacy. They retain their healing properties:

  • currants, cranberries and lingonberries are rich in vitamin C and B vitamins;
  • cranberries and lingonberries help fight germs and viruses;
